JOHN P. RUGGIERO, ESQ. - Partner

Mr. Ruggiero represents construction contractors in all types of complex construction disputes, and is thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the statutory and contractual rights and remedies available to the construction industry professionals. He has represented major corporations as business counsel and litigator, and currently is the primary outside counsel for one of the major players within the softdrink manufacturing and distribution industry.  His legal experience has covered every conceivable venue, including State and Federal Courts, Arbitration and Mediation.  Mr. Ruggiero has argued multiple appeals before the Appellate Courts of the State of New York.

He received a B.A. from State University of New York at Binghamton (1987) and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School (1990). Mr. Ruggiero was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1991.
